You can browse every page, watch previews and open templates without signing up. We do not ask for your name, phone number or password, and we never ask for payment details.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, our server keeps basic logs when you visit. These logs can include:
- Technical details. Your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
- Visit details. The pages you view, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time of each request.
We use logs to keep the site secure, fix errors and understand which pages people find useful. Logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We may use them to remember simple choices and to measure how the site is used. Our analytics and advertising partners may also set cookies, as explained below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting cookies that are not essential.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular and how long people stay. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device and browser. We look at this data in totals and do not use it to identify you. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
We may show ads through Google AdSense to keep the site free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this website and other websites. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show ads to you based on those visits.
- Turn off personalized ads. You can do this at any time in Google Ads Settings.
- Other vendors. Some third-party vendors also let you opt out of personalized ads through their own settings pages.
- Non-personalized ads. If you opt out, you may still see ads, but they will not be based on your browsing.
Links to CapCut and other sites
When you tap Use Template, scan a QR code or open a backup link, you leave our site and go to CapCut, which is run by its own company. Any data CapCut collects is covered by CapCut's own privacy policy, not this one. We do not control other sites or apps, so please read their policies.
Emails you send us
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply and to handle your request, such as a broken link report or a DMCA and template removal request. We do not sell your email or add you to mailing lists, and we delete messages when we no longer need them.
Children's privacy
CCTemplates is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. CapCut and social media apps have their own age rules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under GDPR in the EU and UK or the CCPA in California, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or delete that information.
- Object to or limit how we use it.
- Opt out of personalized advertising.
We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or internet connection is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
